At Sonova Consumer Hearing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, ear tips, and manuals to ensure a successful inspection and refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
